Lilith's Story

Meet Lilith! Lilith is a sweet and chatty, 1 year old Domestic Short Hair that was brought to SCAC when her previous owner became homeless and could no longer properly care for her. Lilith takes a while to warm up to new people and new surroundings but it well worth the wait. This silly girl enjoys climbing the cat tree, playing with her toys, catnip, treats, and all the love and attention she can soak up from her favorite people. Second Chance Animal Center's Adoption Policy

Second Chance has an online adoption application process for cats, dogs, and small critters. Veterinarian and landlord contact information is required on all applications. Once application is submitted, it may take several days for us to follow up with all appropriate contact information. We will initially respond via email but feel free to call us directly with any follow-up questions. We always encourage potential adopters to submit an application in advance of your visit to our shelter. Same-day feline adoptions are possible with pre-approved applications. Canine adoptions take several visits as dog-to-dog and family meet-and-greets are required.
