Libby is a puppy in kitty cat clothing! She chases toys and will sometimes even bring them back for fetch. She loves to cuddle up in laps and hang out on your shoulders to see the world!<br/><br/>Libby loves to play tug of war with wand toys and will do anything to catch it - even if that means jumping into things and falling ever so gracefully! If she could sleep in your lap all day (after maybe some play time, of course) she would!!<br/><br/>Libby has the sweetest smile and will pull at your heart strings with her perfect meow! She is ready to bring silly smiles, fun and love to your life! <br/><br/>All CSHS kitties are spayed/neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, FIV/FeLV test (if not born in care), dewormed and microchipped.<br/><br/>If you are interested in Libby please submit an application today!

Carver-Scott Humane Society's Adoption Policy
At the Carver Scott Humane Society, we follow an Adopter's Welcome philosophy. This means that instead of an overwhelming application process, home visits, and hoop jumping, we take a conversational approach to our adoptions. Our goal is to make adoptions possible and help you be a successful pet parent! Once an application is submitted, we take applications as "first-come, first-considered." While this does not guarantee that the first applicant will adopt the animal of their choice, it does guarantee that we will process the application all the way through before moving on to the next application in line. If you see an animal you are interested in, please apply as soon as possible! This does not obligate you to the animal in case you change your mind, but may assist in securing your place in line for that animal.
