Liam's Story

I may be an average looking kitty, but my story is anything but average. I was born outdoors to a homeless mama, one of four average looking kittens. My prospects for a loving forever home were bleak. Against the odds, my mama and us four were taken in by a kind Foster Mom. But bad luck happened …. when I was only four weeks old, still nursing from my mama, sadly our wonderful foster mom passed away. We got extremely lucky, and another wonderful Foster mom stepped up and rescued us 5 along with all the other 4 cats from my deceased foster mom’s house. Our new Foster allowed us to live in her bedroom and have it to ourselves. We lived under the bed while we were still nursing, and were even supplemented with bottle feeding until we were weaned. We now reside in the house which has a couple of cat-friendly dogs, other cats, and a foster dad. We get along with everyone. I’m high energy and very playful. I love to run around and wrestle with the other kittens. I also respect and get along with adult cats. I love looking out the window. I’m now about 11 months old.

I am so hopeful that I will be adopted to a forever home. That’s my dream. My life started out with great hurdles, as a vulnerable newborn kitten on the street among several others, and twice rescued by humans. I overcame these obstacles against all the odds. Please pick me! (and if you are able, my brother Grayson too). Sometimes it takes a lucky break or three or four! Thank you.
