Meet Lexie – Queen of the Window Perch 👑🐦<br/><br/>Lexie is a 10-year-young diva who knows exactly what she wants in life—and isn’t afraid to wait for it. This elegant lady prefers to be the one and only feline in her kingdom and would thrive in a calm, adult household where she can soak up all the love and attention she deserves. Lexie was brought to KKH after her owner of many years passed away. The owners' brother had tried taking in Lexie but found she was unable to get along with his kitties. Since being at KKH, Lexie has basically ignored the other KKH kitties and finds spots to hang out in the cat building.<br/>- Her favorite pastimes include supervising the outdoors from large windows, screened-in porches, cat trees, and perches (bird TV is a must!). When she’s not on watch duty, Lexie enjoys relaxing in plush cat beds and savoring her meals of dry and canned food—especially if Churu treats are involved.<br/>- Lexie can be a bit shy at first and truly blossoms once she feels safe and secure. She’s fully litter box trained and does best when she has her own clean litter box (or two!) and a peaceful environment without other cats. Past accidents were stress-related and simply her way of saying she needs a little extra reassurance.<br/>- This special girl is looking for patient, loving pet parents—ideally a true “kitty whisperer”—who understand that trust takes time and are happy to let Lexie set the pace. In return, she’ll reward you with quiet companionship, graceful presence, and the honor of sharing her royal court.<br/><br/>If you’re searching for a serene, soulful companion who wants to be your one and only, Lexie may just be your perfect match. 💕<br/><br/>All our kitties have had a wellness exam by a veterinarian and is fully vaccinated, de-wormed, treated for fleas, ear mites, micro-chipped and is FIV/FeLV negative. Please contact Kitty Kat Haven (with the name of the kitty) to come to meet this special cat. Adoption fee is $150.00.<br/><br/>Animals are screened prior to adoption for any temperament or visible health problems. However, many behavioral problems do not surface in a controlled environment.
