Meet Lexi! This cutie was found as a stray by some local feral feeders. She walked right up to them! They got her off the streets and we welcomed her into our rescue. Lexi is good with other cats and will tolerate dogs. She just ignores them. She LOVES people and likes to hang with kids. She is an inside only cat. Lexi would love to be in her forever home by Christmas. Lexi is spayed, UTD on vaccines, microchipped, and snap tested (negative). Lexi is approximately 2 years old and weighs 9 pounds. Paw Posse Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy

All potential adopters fill out an application. If we feel based off the application that they may be a good fit we do a phone interview. If that goes well we do a meet and greet. If there are other dogs involved they are included in the meet and greet. If that goes well we move to the home inspection. If they pass we can process the application. Sometimes dogs don't mesh the first time meeting. We will set up additional meet and greets for the dogs. There may be things in their home that we ask them to change (storage box by a fence, lock on the gate, barrier at the front door). Once we verify these items repaired/in place we will approve the application. We follow up with our adopters regularly. We ask for updated photos and help with any concerns they may be having.
