Leon's Story

Meet Leon, a handsome two-year-old boy who is the absolute definition of a true sweetheart. Leon is a calm, independent soul who appreciates having the autonomy to explore his surroundings on his own terms until he feels completely comfortable in his space. While he is a self-sufficient fellow who values having plenty of room to roam, he is also incredibly affectionate and thrives on companionship. He truly dislikes being alone for long stretches and will happily follow you from room to room, gently asking for attention to ensure he's always near his favorite person. This stunning boy has a dominant personality and would absolutely shine as your one and only kitty where he can be the center of your world. He may be able to reside with another resident cat who is happy to give him plenty of personal space, though they would require a very slow and patient introduction. Leon would likely be just fine sharing his home with a cat-friendly dog, and because of his calm nature, he would do best in a peaceful environment with adults or children aged 8 and up. When he isn't busy being your loyal shadow, you can find him enjoying gentle petting, snacking on his favorite treats, or spending hours watching the world go by from a sunny indoor window. Leon's loving presence makes him a wonderful, comforting companion for anyone looking for a loyal best friend. Leon's adoption fee is $225.

*To visit our cats, you must make an appointment on-line at www.caringforcatsmn.org/adopt.*

Note: While we are happy to respond to your questions about any of our cats, you will still be required to make an on-line appointment at www.caringforcatsmn.org/adopt if you wish to meet our cats.
