Leo's Story

Sweet boy Leo ! 4 yrs old and fully vetted. He lived his life with a littermate but unfortunately his family had to surrender both with Leo’s littermate adopted by a family member who couldn’t take both 😢. Leo overall has done well at the shelter but can become overwhelmed while free roaming with other cats . There are times he enjoys being held but others he’ll scratch the holder trying to make a quick getaway . He loves to run and play. It’s likely with a gradual acclimation period he’ll be ok with another cat who isn’t confrontational or territorial. No dogs please . Unsure about young, hands on children and the possibility of scratching . Any cat can be unpredictable but once he’s acclimated to your home and family we think he’ll be fine !
