Legatha's Story
Lagatha has beautiful, soft, silky black fur and likes to be gently pet and cuddled. She has shown that she needs a reasonably calm environment, and a good amount of time to get comfortable and warm up to people and a new home, as she seems to be pretty shy and can be skittish. She has a sweet, quiet way about her that loves attention, but also needs her space respected while she decides where her comfort levels are. When she has time to get comfortable, she is the sweetest girl around, and loves to play. She finds young kids scary, as well as anyone's sudden movements, but is more comfortable with calm older kids and adults. How much exposure she has to dogs is unknown, but she isn't bothered by the foster's small/med dog. At about a year and a half old, Legatha has likely already had a litter of kittens. Her first home had many other cats, and she really seems to appreciate the quiet companionship of another calm cat or two, so may be lonely without any other cats.
