She'd been taken to a rural animal control and with stray hold over and no one to claim she was to be euthanized. Well we just couldn't have that for this perfect girl so we scooped her up. Initially grumpy with other cats, it didn't take long for her to adjust. Now she regularly washes the other kitten she shares space with. She does appreciate her "me time" and will find a high spot to hang out. She has strong opinions about food and says that pate is the best. Lavender is incredibly loving with people and never met a stranger. She has not been exposed to dogs so we don't know her opinion on that. She tested negative for both feline leukemia and FIV.
