Lady Godiva's Story
Lady Godiva is a lovely DSH black female born approximately 3/22/2022. She is declawed and has an old scratch on her left eye that left her with a little sparkle!

Meet Lady Godiva!

Lady G and her friend, Delilah, were found living under a porch when a new family moved into the home. They were most likely indoor cats who had lived together and were possibly left behind when their family moved. They get along well, but aren’t bonded, so can be adopted separately.

This sweet girl is a cuddle bug! Her favorite place is in your lap, making biscuits or just soaking up snuggles. She will often lie purring on your chest, almost giving you a hug. Lady G has such soft fur that you’ll want to give her pets all the time, and she’s here for it! If she thinks it’s been too long since your last session, she’ll come around meowing for more.

Lady G is a little bit of a scaredy-cat and will take some time to warm up to new people. Even after settling, she can get spooked and run to a safe place... But it’s usually not too long before she’s back wanting pets!

She is usually more of a spectator than participant when it comes to playing, but that makes it more special when she decides to chase the laser pointer, bat around a milk ring, or bunny-kick a stuffie. However, she is obsessed with catnip toys.

We haven’t seen Lady G around children or dogs. Her foster buddy, Delilah, tries to initiate play, but she would rather relax. She would do best with other older cats or solo. She may also be okay with an older dog that isn’t too interested in her.

Lady Godiva is microchipped and currently in a loving foster home. Her adoption fee is $105.
