Lady Bug's Story

Rescued by a local vet who contacted Starfish Kittens for help, Lady Bug (affectionately known as "Bug") has grown into a silly, lovable, and endlessly entertaining little lady. Lady Bug just turned 1yr and has been raised in a loving foster home - and she’s is not your average cat - she’s got a dog-like purrsonality. Bug comes when called, plays fetch and carries toy mice around like prized prey. One time, she leapt into the air and caught a real bug mid-flight, it was legendary! What Makes Her Extra Special: • Loves to play • Enjoys birdwatching and window lounging • Extremely smart and endlessly curious • Obsessed with toy mice, springs, and chasing the laser light • Cuddles up sweetly at bedtime • Comes when called like a dog • Huge fan of snacks and will give you a High5 for it Lady Bug is full of personality and energy, but she prefers her kingdom to herself so no other cats or dogs please. She wants to be the center of someone’s universe and will thrive in a home where she can get all the attention, love, and playtime she deserves. When she’s not playing or in the window watching birds Lady Bug likes to hang out and brings her toys to where you are to play right at your feet. Lady Bug is dewormed, vaccinated, spayed, FIV/FeLV negative, fully litterbox trained, and uses her scratching post like a pro.
