Lady - ADOPTION PENDING

Meet Lady, a distinguished feline who has a remarkable coat color. She is white but with a light dusting of black, as if she hopped in and out of a chimney. Lady has dark gold eyes which pop against her fur color. Sadly, someone made the choice of declawing all of her feet. Found abandoned in a mobile home park and cared for by a stranger, Lady eventually made her way to Second Chance.<br/><br/>Lady spent some time in foster care to increase her weight which is now at a solid 6lbs. She will likely always remain at this weight. Lady is not a big eater. She prefers dry food but will eat wet, mainly just licking the broth part. Finding what she likes and getting her to eat is important. <br/><br/>Lady loves looking out windows and watching birds and chimpmunks. She also very much enjoys Bird TV. The call of the outdoors is strong for Lady so an adopter will have to be very mindful where Lady is at all times so she doesn't sneak outside. Lady is very soft and super sweet. She is a certified lap cat and also appreciates being held. <br/><br/>Lady would do great with any type of adopter; single, a couple or a family. She may appreciate a family who has older respectful kids though. Lady is so far cohabiting fine with her roomies so we think she could be part of a multi-cat household of calm, friendly kitties.<br/><br/>Lady has been spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Lady has an approximate birthdate of 04/30/2020.
