Lady's Story
Please read through the entire posting and requirements before applying via our questionnaire at alleycatproject.org/adopt
Please do not submit an inquiry via Petfinder.

Meet Lady, a shy sweetheart! She is approximately 1-2 years old.

This short haired brown tabby with exquisite ears loves belly rubs and watching activities from a high perch. Her favorite things include crunchy treats and toy mice. She was rescued from an unsafe outdoor living situation after having kittens, and is so happy to no longer have that kind of responsibility. She would benefit from living in a space where her humans frequently spend time, to continue developing her social skills.

What Ladys looking for in a home:

- She is new to indoor life with humans, so she needs a kind and patient guide to help her continue adjusting. Loud noises, fast movements, and strangers can make her nervous.
- She feels at ease in a quiet and calm environment.
- She needs to live indoors only.
- She has a positive history with other cats and may like having a feline friend close to her age.
- She has no known history with dogs.
- She gets along with children.

All Alley Cat Projects cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated prior to adoption.

Alley Cat Project adoption fees are:

- $200 per cat or kitten
- $350 for pair of cats or kittens
- $50 for senior cat (over 8 years old)
- Flexible reduced fees for a cat with a chronic medical condition that requires ongoing care
- Additional charitable donations are appreciated and support our overall rescue efforts

Thank you for your interest in adopting Lady! If your household fits the above criteria, you can apply to adopt her by filling out this questionnaire: alleycatproject.org/adopt

Only applicants who complete the questionnaire will be considered. Please do not submit an inquiry through Petfinder, as it will not replace the questionnaire and we will not respond. Many of our cats receive numerous applications, and we thank you for your patience while we review applications and find the best match. Local Seattle applicants only, please.

Please do not follow up on your application by phone or email as this will not expedite a response.
