Thank you for considering adoption from our organization. Our adoption process is designed to ensure that our pets find loving and responsible forever homes. Please take a moment to review our adoption policies: 1. **Adoption Application:** - All potential adopters are required to submit an adoption application (https://bit.ly/fofadoptionapplication). This application is a crucial step in understanding your preferences, lifestyle, and ability to provide a loving environment for the pet. - The adoption application will be thoroughly reviewed by several members of our team. We consider various factors to ensure a suitable match between the adopter and the pet. 2. **Approval Process:** - Our adoption team will carefully assess the information provided in your application. This process may involve conducting a home visit to ensure that it's a safe and suitable environment for the pet. - We strive to make the best match for both the adopter and the pet, taking into consideration factors such as living situation, activity level, and compatibility. 3. **Adoption Agreement:** - Upon approval of your adoption application, you will be required to sign an adoption agreement. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the adoption, including responsibilities, expectations, and our commitment to the welfare of the pet. - The adoption agreement is a binding document and not optional. It serves as a formal commitment from both parties to provide the adopted pet with a loving and secure home. 4. **Adoption Fee:** - An adoption fee is applicable to help cover the costs associated with veterinary care, vaccinations, spaying/neutering, and other expenses incurred in preparing the pet for adoption. This fee is a crucial contribution to our ongoing efforts to rescue and care for animals in need. By adhering to these adoption policies, we aim to create a positive and successful adoption experience for both our pets and adoptive families. Thank you for choosing adoption and for providing a loving home to a pet in need.
