Meet Kristy — A Little Survivor Looking for Her Forever Home<br/><br/>Meet Kristy, a beautiful 2-year-old Calico girl with the sweetest soul. <br/><br/>This little girl has already been through so much.<br/><br/>Last winter, during -40C temperatures in northern Québec, Kristy was found outside in the middle of nowhere, crying and desperately looking for help. She was pregnant, hungry and freezing. <br/>Thankfully, a wonderful couple who own a sheep farm heard her cries and called her over. They brought this poor girl inside, warmed her up, fed her and gave her a safe place to stay.<br/>A few days later, Kristy gave birth to two babies. Sadly, neither kitten survived. <br/>The kind lady continued to care for Kristy and nursed her back to health. She tried to find her a home, but because Kristy wasn't spayed, there was always the risk of another pregnancy.<br/><br/>She reached out to rescues, but it was kitten season and everyone was full.<br/>I said YES to Kristy. <br/>And I'm so happy I did.<br/><br/>Kristy is sweet, gentle, loving and affectionate — and yes, she's definitely a lap cat!
