Knox's Story

This amazingly handsome, sweet boy has already lost **2 of his 9 lives**, and hes looking for a soft landing spot where he can finally live a quiet, safe life.
Knox was first spotted by a Good Samaritan who noticed that he was **so desperately hungry, he was eating compost**. Shortly afterward, she realized he was badly injured, and it quickly became clear that without help, Knox likely wouldnt survive.
Luckily, she happened to stop at an amazing animal clinic, and a staff member saw his picture, and knew that they needed to act fast. With the help of an amazing rescue network, we were able to set a trap and have a plan in place to get him immediate medical care—no matter the hour.
Knox arrived **severely malnourished and anemic**, and he is still struggling to regain his strength. He is not out of the woods yet.
And through all of this, Knox has been timid and frightened—but incredibly receptive to gentle love. He may be scared, but he has never stopped showing us little glimpses of the sweet boy underneath.
Right now, Knox needs **time, patience, kindness, and a soft place to land** while he heals. Were hoping someone special will see what we see in him: a beautiful, gentle soul who just needs to learn that he is finally safe.
Hes already survived the hard part.

Now we want his remaining **seven lives to be filled with love.**

**Meet Knox Ferguson. Hes waiting for his forever family.**
