Kix's Story
This kitten is in Tennessee. Adoption Donation $100 if picked up in TN.* Visit http://aarf-tn.com/adopt/cat-adoption-application/ to apply.

Meet Kix, the dapper little grey tuxedo kitten who has decided that the entire world is one giant toy and he is just living in it! This three month old Domestic Shorthair is playful, curious, and absolutely full of energy, approaching every single thing he encounters with the wide-eyed enthusiasm of a kitten who has never once been bored in his entire young life. Kix loves his scratching post, his little stuffed mice, and honestly anything else that crosses his path and looks even remotely interesting. He has a wonderfully balanced personality too, because right in the middle of an enthusiastic play session he will suddenly leap into a nearby lap for a quick snuggle before jumping back into the action, which is both adorable and completely unpredictable in the best possible way.

He has been introduced to children and strangers and handled both with easy going confidence, making him a flexible and social little guy who adjusts well to new people and situations. Kix would be absolutely wonderful in a home with kids who want an energetic and entertaining playmate, plus a cozy lap or two available for those brief but precious moments when he decides it is snuggle time. If this stylish little tuxedo boy sounds like the perfect addition to your home, text AARF at 931-260-8018 or visit www.aarf-tn.com to learn more today!

* $175 plus transport fee (varies) for adoptions to the Northeast.

Interested in adopting? We do list and adopt our pets nationwide. Typical transport cost to the Northeast is $180. (All About Rescue and Fixin' Inc.) http://aarf-tn.com/ is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) no kill animal rescue organization located in the Upper Cumberland area of Tennessee. A.A.R.F. is comprised of unpaid volunteers and survives only on public donations. Thank you for thinking adoption first!

Prior to adoption, all canines and felines are spayed or neutered, have received their age appropriate vaccinations, have been de-wormed for common parasites, and have received treatment for prevention of fleas and ticks. All canines over the age of 6 months have been tested for heartworm. All canines are put on heartworm prevention as soon as possible - this means dogs as soon as they are tested negative. Puppies are put on prevention immediately. All felines, regardless of age, have been tested for Feline Leukemia/FIV. Each animal receives a health check by a licensed veterinarian prior to adoption. Anything else found will be treated by our organization prior to adoption.
