Kitty & Judy (bonded pair)'s Story
Kitty And Judy
Adoption Fee $450
Est DOB 5/2025

Kitty is every bit as lovely as her nickname, Pretty Kitty. With her beautiful long hair, shiny coat, and gentle expression, she looks like a cat who was once loved and she certainly knows how to love back.

Kitty first began visiting her foster familys backyard looking thin, hungry, and in need of care. She ate as though she had not had a proper meal in a long time, so her foster family began offering food, water, and kindness. Before long, Kitty started coming by not only for meals, but also for attention and cuddles. Even when she wasnt thirsty or hungry, she wanted to engage, play, and spend time with people.

After a few weeks of bonding, her foster family discovered that Kitty had a tiny kitten, Judy affectionately called Cutie Judy. Once Judy was safely brought inside, Kitty came indoors too, and she adjusted to indoor life beautifully. She quickly showed that she was comfortable being an indoor-only cat, spending her days peacefully near her people, caring for and playing with her baby, and soaking up affection.

Kitty is one of the sweetest cats you could hope to meet. She is calm, loving, gentle, and wonderfully zen. She has been a devoted mother to Judy and we would love for them to stay together. It is hard to believe no one came looking for her, because she seems very much like a cat who once belonged in a home.

Kitty and Judy deserve a safe, stable indoor home where they will be loved, protected, and treated like the special girls they are. They would do best with people who will give them the attention, comfort, and security they have clearly been waiting for.

The first step in our adoption process is the application which can be found on our website lapcats.org.

All of our cats have tested negative for FELV and are vaccinated. If they have been rescued as kittens under 4 months, they will not have a rabies vaccine. They have not only been spayed or neutered but have also been treated for worms, fleas, and have been micro chipped.

We will register their microchip for you, provide you with a free exam visit to a participating Sacramento veterinarian, and a goodie bag! We do not do out of state adoptions for the safety of our cats.
