Kitten's Story

At only five weeks old, this kitten was found alone and abandoned on a rural farm property. She was tiny, starving and riddled with fleas. Now healthy and happy, she has grown into a laid back and loving girl. With her easy going temperament, she loves other cats and gets along great with everyone. Her favorite activities are snacking, snuggling with her siblings, and watching the toilet flush. Every evening she loves to climb into bed with her blanky and her human to make biscuits. She bonds strongly with other cats and would love a sibling of similar age or temperament to share her life with.

Mountainside Hope Foundation's Adoption Policy

Potential adopters are required to submit an adoption application answering a series of questions. The adoption coordinator will go through the applications and determine whether an applicant can move forward to the interview process. If the applicant has had or currently has any animals, we will conduct a vet reference. The adoption coordinator will go back and forth with any questions for the candidate and then book an interview with the applicant once everything is satisfactory. After the interview process, if the adoption coordinator is satisfied, we will send the adoption contract to the candidate for review, signature and payment.
