What is Kenai Animal Shelter’s adoption process?

Animals arrive at our shelter daily. Those animals that would make suitable family pets are held and made available for adoption as space allows on a first come, first serve basis. Fees for adopting an animal run from $20.40 to $282.54 plus tax. Most of the funds collected are paid to the new owner's veterinarian to be used for spay or neuter surgery. Spay or neuter surgery is a mandatory condition for adoption. The Kenai Animal Shelter is located at 510 Willow Street in Kenai, Alaska. We are near the airport tower.
