At about a year and a half old, Kit is the perfect mix of playful young energy and laid-back cuddle buddy.<br/><br/>Kit originally came to us as part of a TNR project with his siblings. While the rest of his litter found homes quickly, Kit kept getting passed over — and we suspect it's because of his adorably unique googly eyes. But once you meet him, it's impossible not to fall in love. His slightly quirky look just adds to his charm and makes him all the more unforgettable.<br/><br/>Despite being overlooked at first, Kit's story took an incredible turn. Around his first birthday he was diagnosed with Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP), a disease caused by a mutation of the common feline coronavirus. Thanks to modern antiviral treatment, cats like Kit can now recover and go on to live completely normal, happy lives. Kit bravely completed treatment and is now a proud FIP survivor, thriving and ready for his forever home.<br/><br/>Personality-wise, Kit is an absolute sweetheart. He loves attention, enjoys curling up for lap time, and is happiest when he's near his people.
