She came into rescue after being surrendered from a home where she was unwanted while pregnant. Just two days after arriving at her foster home, she gave birth to her beautiful kittens.<br/><br/>Kira has been an exceptional mother, lovingly caring for her own babies and even welcoming a surrogate kitten into her family. Her gentle, nurturing personality shines through in everything she does.<br/><br/>Kira has some mild seasonal allergies, which have been managed with probiotics and lysine treats. She enjoys her treats and has been doing well with this simple routine.<br/><br/>Kira's looking to find a forever home where she'll be cherished. She would love a family that will give her plenty of affection, cozy places to nap, and lots of opportunities for cuddles. If you're looking for a gentle, affectionate companion with a heart full of love, Kira may be the perfect addition to your family.<br/>Anyone interested in our dogs/cats will be required to fill out an adoption application. We do not adopt to anyone living out of the Dallas/Fort Worth area. All our dogs/cats will be spayed/neutered, heartworm tested (dogs), FeLV/FIV tested (cats), microchipped; and current on vaccinations.<br/><br/>We do not adopt on a first-come first-served basis. We review all applications received to ensure that the animal and the applicant are a good match based on our personal experiences with the animal. These animals live in our homes with us, so we are familiar with their habits and behaviors.
