Kinnie's Story

Kinnie is a sweet, gentle kitty that came to us as a stray. She is playful and is good at entertaining herself with toys, she can be talkative when she gets excited or has something important to say. Kinnie enjoys birdwatching and snuggling with her people, but is not needy or demanding. She is a young adult and gets along well with other cats and would do well with older children. Kinnie would be an easy addition to a loving family with or a first-time cat parent. Kinnie is an indoor only kitty-gal.

There is an adoption fee of $120.00 for adult cats and $175.00 for kittens and home visits may be required. If you reside outside the local area there are some different requirements. Personal referrals, a vet referral, an agreement to be responsible for transportation (both ways if necessary) and a commitment to returning the pet to Kitty and K-9 if the placement does not work or your situation changes where you cannot keep the pet. Depending on the circumstances, there may be other requirements as well. All of our cats and kittens will need to be indoor only family members. Our commitment is to the homeless animals we rescue; we devote tons of love, time, energy and money to their rescue, medical bills and care. Our goal is to find them the very best placement with a lifetime commitment.

Contact Mary at 229-6885 or Carol at 345-2096 or kkcalaska@gmail.com for more information.
