Kim *solo kitty's Story

***Kim has learned to tolerate other cats in her foster home, but she would really like to have her people all to herself with no competition, thank you very much.

Meet Kim K, and yes, she is named after who you think she is. Gorgeous, low-key, and completely unbothered, or so she wants you to think. Kim will act like she does not need you at all, right up until you come home late and she is the first one at the door letting you know about it.

She is the kind of cat who will not ask for attention but will quietly loaf herself right next to you every time. She prefers to be near you on her own terms, does not love being handled too much, and is not looking to be the centre of attention. She just wants to exist in your space and maintain her dignity while doing it.

Kim is best suited to a calm, present home. She has learned to tolerate other cats in foster care, but would be happiest as an only cat where she can set the tone.

On the food front, Kim keeps it simple. She does not eat much and likes to stick to her routine, but tuna and tuna water are the one exception where she will drop the act entirely.

If you are looking for a quietly devoted companion with a whole lot of personality hiding underneath the nonchalance, Kim K is your girl.

Would you like to make Kim a part of your family? Please complete our online application found at: https://www.avacats.org/adoption-application-form.

Our adoption fees cover vetting and include spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccines (initial FVRCP and rabies), flea treatment, two dewormings and microchipping.

Adoption fees are $250 for each adult cat 1 year or older. Please note that fees may apply for additional required vaccinations (at $75 per booster) due prior to adoption. Total adoption fees will be confirmed by the AVA Adoption Coordinator.
