Kermit's Story

Meet Kermit, a handsome 7-month-old domestic long hair with a gentle soul and a growing confidence. While he may be a bit shy at first, Kermit has truly blossomed since coming into our care. Once he feels comfortable, his big personality shines through — whether he’s dramatically rolling around on his favorite spot on the floor or expressing himself with his wonderfully animated tail and facial expressions.

Kermit’s journey hasn’t been easy. When he first arrived, he was very sick with pneumonia, but he has made an incredible recovery and is now healthy, happy, and ready to find a forever home of his own. He’s looking for a patient and loving family who will give him the time he needs to settle in and continue growing into the affectionate, quirky cat we know and love.

All cats are vaccinated for FVRCP, FeLV, and Rabies, and are tested for FIV and FeLV. They are also dewormed and are up to date on flea/tick prevention. Cats will either be spayed or neutered before adoption, or an appointment will be scheduled with the procedure fully covered by the adoption fee. At the time of surgery, all cats are microchipped at no additional cost.
