Juniper's Story

Meet Juniper!

Juniper was born in June 2024, alongside her brothers, to a brave mama cat who kept her little family safe through the challenges of outdoor life. This resilient family faced cold weather, homelessness, and all the dangers of life on the streets. Thankfully, in March 2025, a kind-hearted person brought them to the humane society—offering a new beginning.

At first, shelter life was overwhelming, but now that Juniper is in a foster home, she’s slowly adjusting to life indoors. She’s still unsure about people, but with time, patience, and the companionship of another confident cat, there’s every hope she’ll learn that humans can be trusted.

Juniper is a gentle, quiet soul. She’s most at peace perched in her cat tree, watching the birds and squirrels outside. She takes comfort in calm environments and finds security in routine and the company of her feline friends.

Her perfect forever home is one that’s adult-only and peaceful—ideally with at least one friendly resident cat to help guide her. Her brothers Jax and Jasper would be the perfect boys to be adopted with her. She’s not the type to demand attention, but she’s the kind of cat who just might surprise you with her affection one day, when the world feels safe enough.

Are you the one who can offer Juniper the safety, love, and patience she needs to bloom?

--
Juniper has tested negative for FIV/FeLV. She has been spayed.

All have had a vet exam, are up to date on vaccinations, have been given a dewormer and treated for fleas and ear mites if needed. If you are interested in meeting Juniper, please go to our website and fill out a cat application.

https://www.therescuepack.org/cat-adoption-application

If interested in one of our animals, please fill out an application on our website. The application will then be reviewed by our applications team and passed on to the foster of the animal that was applied for. The foster will then review the application and, if deemed a good fit, will initiate a phone call with the applicant. If, after the phone call, both applicant and foster feel it is a good fit, a meeting with the animal will be scheduled. Once the meeting happens, and the approval from both foster and applicant are given to move forward - our adoptions team will send an electronic payment link to the adopter. Once payment has been received, our adoption contract will be sent along with vet records. The foster and the adopter will agree on an official adoption date - and the animal will now live happily ever after! If an applied for animal is no longer available, our team will assist in trying to find another good fit! If an application is not a good fit, the applicant will also be notified.
