Junebug is a beautiful tortie with roots in Tennessee’s Smoky Mountains, and she very much carries herself like a quiet observer of the world. She prefers to take things in from a safe distance at first—and yes, that may include a small hiss to express her feelings. Boundaries. We respect them. <br/><br/>Once she settles in, Junie is okay with gentle pets, but she’s not here to be the center of attention. Her ideal day involves a cozy window seat where she can keep tabs on the outside world and silently judge birds.<br/><br/>Junebug is still building confidence and will need a patient home that lets her move at her own pace. She’s lived with other cats (including adoptable kitty Cricket) and will need a feline companion to help her continue to feel comfortable and secure.
