June's Story

June is a beautiful little girl with stunning swirly stripes and the sweetest personality. She can be shy at first, taking her time to get comfortable and decide that you're her person. But once she does, her cuddly side comes out in full force!

When June is ready for some love, she'll be the first to push the other kittens out of the way so she can claim your lap for herself. She absolutely loves her cuddle time and will happily settle in for all the attention.

June is bonded with her sibling, Jaime, and these two are looking for their forever home together. With June, you get a sweet, gentle girl who just needs a little time to show you how much love she has to give.

Contra Costa Humane Society's Adoption Policy
CCHS has animals available for adoption through a number of different avenues. Many of our kittens and all dogs are cared for in loving foster homes until they are adopted. Teenage, adult, senior and special-needs cats reside at Kitty Corner, an on-site, private cat shelter where cats are allowed to free-roam at all times, lounge in sunny windows and on comfy cat towers, and play to their heart's galore. Similarly, we also have animals available for adoption through our Re-Homing Assistance Program, where we help to advertise animals that caregivers are no longer able to keep. If you are interested in meeting any of the animals listed on our website, please complete an adoption application unless otherwise noted! Our business office and Kitty Corner are located at 171 Mayhew Way, Suite 101 in Pleasant Hill, CA 94523. Kitty Corner houses adult, senior, and special-needs cats (sometimes teenage kittens). Kitty Corner is open for adoptions on Saturday, Sunday & Mo
