JULES's Story
Jules is a gentle, curious girl who is learning what it means to be a house cat while staying in foster care. New things can startle her at first, but her curiosity always wins out — she enjoys being in the same room as people and other animals and likes to quietly keep them company.

Each day she’s becoming more comfortable around the other cats in the home and their interactions are improving as she settles in. Jules especially loves cozy spots, including sleeping on the bed at night, curling up near warm heating pads, and spending time gazing out the window watching the world go by.

She’s still figuring out some of the basics of indoor cat life like toys, litter boxes, and food bowls, but she’s learning quickly and gaining confidence every day. With a little patience and a loving home, Jules will continue to blossom into a wonderful companion. This animal is staying in a foster home and is not at the shelter. Please put in an inquiry and an adoption counselor will contact you with the next steps.

Adoptions are free and include support from our adoption team to ensure a smooth transition from the shelter to your home. Adopted pets are vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed/neutered before leaving with you. To view our current available animals, please visit: https://indy.gov/activity/adopt-a-pet.
