Joy's Story

What a JOY! And what a beauty! This little 1-year-old kitten (and she IS petite) has a gorgeous coat of brown, black, and white and the distinctive Tabby M on her forehead. Like most cats her age, Joy stays very busy. She enjoys playing with toys, investigating objects around the house, and exploring new spaces. And she's an absolute cuddle bug! She's currently living with dogs at her foster home, but she'd much rather spend the rest of her life with people and cats. We're looking for a family that has experience with kittens and can give Joy a lifetime of love.

Hooves, Paws and Claws Animal Sanctuary of Florida's Adoption Policy

1) Submission of an application is the first step. 2) If the application is approved, a "meet and greet" is scheduled at the Hooves, Paws and Claws facility at which the desired animal is located. 3) If step 2 goes well, the animal is taken to the prospective adopter's home. 4) If the home visit is positive, the family fosters him/her for a period of time to ensure a good "fit." 5) If the placement is successful, the adoption is finalized.
