Meet Jonesy
Jonesy is a petite 5-month-old female kitten who is mostly deaf. She was found outside, covered in fleas and ticks, was wobbly, and had a head tilt. After her finders nursed her back to health and showered her with love for a month, her head tilt and wobbliness subsided. She's been with me ever since.
Jonesy is a quiet kitten who is often in her own world. While she will join the other kittens at nap time, she is usually found playing on her own with any toy she can bat around. Jonesy is not very graceful, and I've yet to see her climb or jump up onto anything (she can't get over the baby gate either). When she jumps down, it's 50/50 on whether she'll land on her feet.
Jonesy is not overly affectionate with humans but is easily handleable, and if you hit the right spot when petting her, she will reward you with purrs.
Her forever family should be accepting of Jonesy as she is and love her for her uniqueness. She would do well with a feline companion she could cuddle up with. I do think that with more one-on-one time, Jonesy will become more affectionate and begin seeking out her humans for attention ?
