Johnny Cash's Story

Hello, I'm Johnny Cash! I came to CMHS after being found walking the line-- the county line, that is. I may look like a rough and tough guy, but I'm actually the sweetest and most gentle boy. For example, I not only allowed but enjoyed the staff giving me sponge baths, purring and kneading my paws the whole time; I prefer to eat when my friends are around for company; and I rush to greet my humans with happy mews and chirps. I love to be pet all over, too! I haven't been the most playful just yet (I have been too excited to have a soft bed in a safe place to sleep), but have shown interest in catnip and bird watching.
