Approximately 2 years (approx. DOB: 9/15/2023) Meet Niko! This sweet, shy girl will warm your heart the moment you meet her. By nature, Niko is a little timid at first, but once she feels comfortable, she only wants to be close to you every moment possible. She thrives in a home full of life — she loves being part of everyone's day. She enjoys activity around her, and would do best with someone home for most of the day. Niko's favorite things include lounging in cat trees, birdwatching from the window, curling up beside her human for naps, cat tv and bedtime snuggles, and most of all, eating her meals by her human. Niko eats only wet food — reveal limited ingredient. She has some food sensitivities that her foster mom discovered but thankfully we are on the road to recovery. Niko enjoys the company of calm, non-dominant feline friends. She would do best in a home that had someone home majority of the day as she does thrive being away from her companions for long periods. She also does wonderfully around dogs and isn't bothered by having them nearby. With time and the right canine friend, we think she may even become a cuddle buddy. Niko has already been through so much in her short life, but despite it all, she still has endless love to give. Now all she needs is someone willing to give her the chance she deserves.
