Jo's Story

Jo might come off a little rough around the edges at first, but give her time and she’ll show you just how sweet she can be. She’s incredibly loving with humans of all ages and was a wonderful mama to her kittens. Jo loves to play and is an attention hog once she warms up. She may take a bit of time to adjust to other cats, but it’s worth the wait!

Our cat adoption fee is $110 and includes their neuter surgery, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations, and preventatives. You can find our adoption questionnaire at agcshelter.org/adopt-1 or you can stop by to see us Tuesday–Saturday from 1–4pm!

All God's Creatures Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy
Our adoption process is meant to reduce barriers to adoption. We have a simple questionnaire that does not determine if the adopter is "approved" or "denied" and then we have a conversation about their lifestyle, home environment, and what they are looking for in a pet. Adopters can meet our cats Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 4 pm in our open-concept adoption space! Here, you can sit and spend time with our kitties in a relaxed environment to get to know each personality. While we currently don't have dogs in the building, we do have dogs in foster care. If you're interested in meeting one of them, please contact us to arrange a time with their foster family.
