Jinu (pronounced GEE-new) is an all black, short-haired male kitten. His mother had been evicted from her home in Phoenix and abandoned, then became pregnant with Jinu and his siblings when Kneading Kitty’s Rescue was contacted for help. He was born in the home of a KKR foster on March 3, 2026 along with four other kittens known as the KPop Demon Hunters litter. Jinu is named after one of the Saja Boys in the popular movie.<br/><br/>Once he’s had time to decompress, Jinu is outgoing and affectionate. He’s super playful and loves to chase all toys with strings, rattles and bells, as well as fetch after plastic spring toys. He loves a pipe cleaner! Jinu carries a special gentle energy that works well with households of all types and ages. He loves to groom his siblings - licking is how he shows his affection to them and his favorite people.<br/><br/>Jinu communicates through his actions - when he wants attention, he will kindly let you know by presenting himself calmly to you. In fact, he is most likely of his litter to purr while cuddling in your lap or sleeping with you while tucked into a blanket. He’s gentle with children, especially for a kitten! He hasn’t met dogs yet, but his personality suggests he could do well with proper introductions following KKR guidance. He is a social, affable boy, so it’s recommended he have a fur buddy in his home, preferably another cat.<br/><br/>Jinu is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, up to date on vaccines and FELV/FIV negative.
