Jimothy's Story

This sweet and shy tuxedo boy is Jimothy and he is waiting for his one true love to come to the Franklin Township Animal Shelter and adopt him! Jimothy is only 5 months old and looks very relaxed in this photo, but he’s a kitten who loves to play with his toys. He would do well with an owner who will give him a bit of time to come out of his shell and let his inner kitten shine. Jimothy may enjoy having a feline friend to make him feel more comfortable and brave. If you love tuxies (or any color of kitten), you should really come and meet Jimothy!

Franklin Township Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy

Adoption fee for dogs, cats, kittens, and rabbits is $80 per animal. Cats, dogs, rabbits and kittens are spayed/neutered. Cats, dogs, and kittens are microchipped, and up-to-date on all age-appropriate shots prior to adoption. Cats have also been tested for feline leukemia and FIV and dogs have been tested for heartworm. An adoption application may be found at the link below. Applications can be faxed to the Animal Shelter at 732-873-8902 or e-mailed to Brian.Hartman@FranklinNJ.Gov. Applications may also be dropped off in person during our open hours Tuesday-Friday 12pm-3pm Saturday 12-6pm.
