Jiji's Story

Meet Jiji! Jiji is a three year old Domestic Short Hair who is sweet as can be. This handsome boy is here through no fault of his own. Despite being absolutely loved and cherished, his former owner had to face the tough choice of surrendering him when life circumstances changed, requiring her to move and not be able to take him with her. Jiji is a bit nervous currently, but he's being very brave about it and is fine with attention and petting. He's an amazingly good natured fella who adores snuggling and hopes to find an owner who is equally obsessed with cuddle time. He also really enjoys climbing -the higher the better. His ideal home will have cat trees or at least be lenient enough to allow him to jump up onto the cupboards. Jiji has lived with another cat before, and he did very well with her. We have not tested him with other cats here yet to find out how he reacts to any other ones. He has not been around dogs or children. We believe from his behavior that he would do fine with kids though, as long as they are respectful of him. You can always bring other animals or kiddos to the shelter to make sure it's a great fit for one and all! Jiji is neutered, litter box trained, and has had his first round of vaccinations. Now he's looking for a forever home and family to call his own. If interested in this amazing guy, call or stop by the shelter.
