Meet Jewel, an absolute GEM of a girl who totally lives up to her name!<br/><br/>Jewel is the total package: sweet, playful, and very affectionate! When she's not on your lap for pets, she'll be nearby. She definitely enjoys being close to wherever her people are! Between snuggle sessions, she's energetic and playful. She loves batting toys around and getting the Zoomies, and she's been known to relocate my fuzzy slippers to other parts of the house. <br/><br/>Jewel was rescued from outdoor life and, as a holdover from her time outside, she's a little wary of new people and situations at first, but once she realizes she's safe she'll be your forever shadow/cuddle buddy. There's not a lot of "in-between"; she goes from shy to lovebug as fast as a high-performance sports car on the open road!<br/><br/>She doesn't love other cats. She's not aggressive, just would prefer to have you (& the treats!) all to herself. She'd be great as a single cat, but could also live with other cats with a patient introduction... as long as she gets her share of lap and play time! <br/><br/>Who needs rubies or sapphires when you could have a Jewel?
