Jethro's Story

***Special Needs : Manager Approval Required to Adopt***

Meet Jethro!
This gentleman is a 9 year old, neutered male, Domestic Shorthair cat. He knows how to relax in style, and would love a home where he can continue to chill like a pro!
Jethro was surrendered to us due to not getting along with other animals in the home. This boy gets along great with adult humans, but he's not a fan of other pets or of children. Due to this, we will be adopting him out as a single pet to a home with no kids, as that is where Jethro is truly happiest. He's getting to his senior years and he deserves a space where he can enjoy his golden years in peace!
Jethro has tested positive for FIV, so his owners will need to stay on top of his health to ensure he's staying comfortable. This virus affects a cat's immune system and makes them more susceptible to catching other illnesses, so Jethro should be kept indoors where he can't be exposed to other potentially sick cats. While it may be daunting to adopt a cat with FIV, with proper care these cats can still live long and happy lives! Jethro was recently seen by a veterinarian and has been cleared for adoption.
Jethro is up to date on his vaccinations, and he is litter box trained. He's ready to be in a home where he can thrive and truly relax once more! If you have a calm household, and you've been thinking of getting a buddy to spend your days, with, please consider this sweet boy!
