Jelly's Story

Jelly is both gentle and playful. She may be a little shy at first, but she’s warming up quickly and revealing her sweet, curious personality.

Once she feels comfortable, Jelly becomes a wonderful little companion. She’ll greet you in the morning, “chat” with you throughout the day, and happily come running when you call her. She’s affectionate and loves being around her people.

Jelly has a fun and slightly goofy way of asking for attention. She’ll weave around your legs, nudge you with her head, and ask for pets while constantly on the move. She’s cuddly, but also full of kitten energy, often hopping on and off your lap as she plays and explores.

While being carried isn’t her favorite thing just yet, she’s learning to trust more every day and is starting to relax longer in your arms (with some adorable purring included!).

Playtime is one of Jelly’s favorite things. She can chase her favorite toy in circles for up to 30 minutes straight until she’s all tired out.

Jelly’s great with the litter box and isn’t picky about food.

Currently, Jelly is the only cat in her foster home. With a proper introduction, she may do well with another gentle, playful cat who can be a friendly companion.

Jelly is looking for a loving home where she can continue to grow, play, and share her sweet personality.

The Hawaii Cat Foundation continues to care for the cats in various foster homes until they are adopted to a safe and loving home with their forever families.
