Jax (& Jasper)'s Story
Meet Jax!

Jax was born in June 2024 alongside his sister and brothers, and together they weathered the harsh reality of outdoor life with their pregnant mother. Cold weather, uncertainty, and the dangers of homelessness were all they knew—until a kind person brought the entire family to safety at the humane society in March 2025.

At first, shelter life was overwhelming, but since moving to a foster home, Jax is slowly beginning to understand what safety feels like. He’s still learning to trust people, but he’s making quiet progress each day. His routine? Emerge from his hiding spot, give a little hiss to let you know he’s unsure… and then proceed to investigate you anyway—always keeping one watchful eye just in case you try anything sneaky (like cuddles).

Jax LOVES to play. Whether it’s zooming through the room, chasing toys, or watching birds from the window, he’s happiest when he’s in motion. And if you want to earn his trust? Wet food is the way to this boy’s wary but willing heart.

Jax would thrive in a quiet, adult-only home with someone who understands that trust takes time and patience. As he is bonded with his brother Jasper, he needs to be adopted alongside him.

There’s so much love and potential in Jax. He just needs someone willing to meet him where he is and show him that life inside can be full of joy, safety, and love.

Could you be the one to help Jax write his happy ending?

--
Jax has tested negative for FeLV/FIV. Jax is neutered.

All have had a vet exam, are up to date on vaccinations, have been given a dewormer and treated for fleas and ear mites if needed.
