Jaro's Story

Jaro is the kind of cat who makes you feel like a celebrity — he'll greet you at the door every single time, no matter how long you've been gone. He's loyal, loving and just the right amount of extra.

He's a natural-born companion. Whether you're cooking, working from home or settling in for a movie, Jaro will be right there beside you. He takes bedtime security very seriously and has appointed himself your official nighttime guardian. He also has strong opinions about snacks and would love to be consulted on yours.
With other cats, Jaro strikes a lovely balance — he's playful and engaging without being overwhelming. He reads the room well and knows when it's time to zoom and when it's time to just curl up and exist together. He's gentlest with calm, easy-going cats and has been an absolute gem of a big brother to Willow. Belly rubs are non-negotiable. You've been warned.

Jaro and his sister, Willow, are more than just foster siblings — they're each other's safe place.

Jaro's playful confidence has helped Willow slowly open up, and Willow's gentle calm has brought out Jaro's sweeter, more nurturing side. Together, they're a perfectly balanced pair — one to make you laugh, one to make you melt. They'd thrive together in a calm home, ideally with no other high-energy pets, where they can continue to grow alongside each other (and you!). Adopting one is wonderful. Adopting both? That's a full heart.
