Jane's Story

Hi, I’m Jane! I’m a 3-month-old, 2-pound Tabby kitten with the sweetest little bobtail and an even sweeter personality. I’m one of those kittens who really loves being close to my people. I’ll happily curl up beside you, climb into your lap or settle into a soft blanket as long as there are plenty of head scratches involved.

I still have all the fun kitten energy you’d expect and I love toys, exploring and a good little play session, but when I’m done, I’m ready to snuggle. I do wonderfully with other cats, I’m good with kids and I’m already litter box trained. I haven’t been tested with dogs yet, so we’re not sure what I think of them.

I’m FeLV/FIV negative and will come fully vetted for my age, including spayed, microchipped, current on vaccinations and flea and tick prevention. If you’re hoping for a kitten who’ll make you laugh during playtime and then curl up close when it’s time to relax, I’d love to be the little girl you bring home.

Please apply to adopt me here:
https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/63adcb00cb896f59b74103d2/6a84e2adc43a69db010a215d

If interested, please do not submit an inquiry through Petfinder. Angie's Dog House's Adoption Policy
Our Adoption Process Our goal is to make the adoption process as smooth as possible while making sure each animal is matched with the right home 1. Submit an Application Complete our adoption application using the link at the bottom of each animal’s bio. Our team will review your application and if approved, someone from the rescue will reach out. PLEASE DO NOT FILL OUT AN INQUIRY ON PETFINDER 2. Home Video Once approved, we will ask you to submit a video walkthrough of your home and yard in lieu of an in-person home visit 3. Animals Already in Foster If the animal is currently in a foster home, the foster parent will contact you to answer questions, tell you more about the animal and arrange a meet and greet. Please bring a leash to the meet and greet. If everything goes well and you feel it is the right match, you may complete the adoption and take your new family member home that day 4. Direct Adoptions From Transport Some of our animals travel to Michigan specifically for direct adoption rather than going into a foster home. Because these animals are coming on transport specifically to meet their approved adopter, a direct adoption must be a firm commitment. Please ask any questions and make sure you are comfortable moving forward before committing to a transport animal 5. Finalizing the Adoption To complete the adoption, you will sign our adoption contract and pay the adoption fee. Once complete, your new family member is officially yours and can head home with you
