Jamie is a sweet, quiet boy, who just wants a home and family of his own. Originally adopted more than a year ago, his family took him outside, and when he got scared and ran away, they blamed him, replaced him with a new kitten, and didn't notify anyone that he was missing. He made his way back to Montclair, and when he was found, his microchip connected him to Cameron Animal Hospital and he came home. We have spent the last several months teaching him to trust again, and amazingly, he is back to his normal, sweet self.
Jamie is a quiet cat, and takes time and patience to trust you. However, once you've earned his trust, you have a buddy for life. And he is sweet, and playful, and even a little mischievious. Jamie is FIV (+), but is completely healthy. Jamie is great with other calm cats, as long as he has a slow introduction. He wouldn't be a good fit for young energetic children. He needs a quiet home, with a lap to cuddle on, and toys to chase.
