Jade is a very quiet, beautiful, dark tortie girl with green eyes and soft fur. She is still a little reserved and cautious of her new surroundings. She will eventually warm up to you, rub against your legs and accept petting; she is just slower to accept the new changes and to come out of her shell. Although she was housed with other cats previously, she appears to be a dominant cat based on her reaction to seeing the foster’s personal cats. Her favorite place right now is on high platforms and snuggling in a cubby or basket. Jade can be picked up and held briefly, and will play with string toys, but right now she is still trying to adjust to a new life and environment. She would do best in a quiet home and potentially as an only cat.
