Jade's Story

Meet Jade!

Jade is a truly lovely cat with a gentle spirit and so much heart to share. Since coming into our care after her previous guardian's circumstances changed, she's been slowly but surely coming out of her shell, showing just how affectionate and social she can be. These days, she loves curling up next to her foster pawrents in the evenings, softly meowing for head scratches, gently nestling her face into their hands or chests, and purring with pure contentment. Every moment she chooses to be close is a sweet reminder of the trust she's building and the bond she's ready to share.

During the day, Jade may still enjoy a quiet corner or cozy hiding spot, but she's far from distant. With calm, gentle attention, she's becoming increasingly comfortable interacting with new people and is happy to engage when she feels safe. She has little bursts of playful energy, chasing toys or exploring her space, but her favorite moments are always the quiet ones, being near her people, giving soft licks, or simply sitting beside you.

Jade is diabetic but stable on her medication, and she's looking for a calm, loving home that can continue her veterinary care and provide the security she needs to flourish. For someone ready to give her patience, gentle attention, and love, Jade offers quiet, charming companionship full of warmth, affection, and loyalty. She's a cat who will slowly, thoughtfully, and completely steal your heart, one gentle purr and soft nuzzle at a time.

Dogs: Jade may thrive in a home without dogs.
Cats: Jade has lived with other cats and enjoyed their company.
Children: Jade may thrive in a home with teenagers and adults.

Visit our Adoption Center to meet your potential new best friend!
