Gentle and affectionate, Jade loves to greet people and curl up on their laps. She’s also playful and curious, enjoying perching up high to watch the world go by and turning into a total acrobat when her favorite ribbon wand toy comes out.<br/><br/>Jade adores attention from her humans and would do well in a family with children. While she tolerates other cats, she’d much prefer to be the pampered solo pet in her forever home.<br/><br/>Because food was sometimes scarce before she was rescued, Jade takes mealtime very seriously and may make adorable, protective little growls while she eats—especially when other animals are nearby. Our policy is to adopt kittens in pairs. We find that kittens are much happier when they have a companion and they tend to expend their youthful energy on each other rather than on your couch!
