Jacqueline aka JackieJack aka Jumping Jack is named for the punk rock, bionic from Mass Effect 2. She's all action, bappity paws, and self-assured. Miranda aka Mimi is a dainty, polished corporate type who keeps her paws clean and enjoys a good snuggle. These twins have a deep bond that has remained constant even with multiple foster friends to keep them entertained. The girls are part of our infamous 'base babies' who come from Travis AFB, CA. This colony is a labor of love that we have diligently managed for over a decade to reduce the unwanted cats who are at risk on federal land. The government doesn't believe in TNR and people often leave their cats behind or let them roam on bases-and yes, we track them down and hold them accountable for these actions. The twins are seeking a home that plays with them, teaches them to be confident, and that will keep them together, indoors, for life.<br/><br/>This foster home belongs to our Director and works with the cats who are considered unadoptable when they arrive. This home specializes in cats who have been abused, neglected, abandoned, and who have severe medical concerns upon arrival. They are also our spicy kitten socialization guru and their superheroes are always learning new skills. We lovingly pack a Welcome Home Hero gift bag with their favorite toys, treats, a comic to read with them, and a blanket that helps them feel safe anywhere they go.
