Jack - JM's Story

Please contact Jackie (jackie@solaspetadoption.org) for more information about this pet.hansome , sweet, loves attentionJack is a 6–7 month old sweetheart with a heart full of love and a story of incredible resilience. He was found on a freezing country night, weak, sick, and covered in cockleburs, but even then, Jack chose to trust. After receiving vet care for ear mites and an ear infection (now resolved!), Jack has blossomed into the affectionate, people-loving kitten he was always meant to be.
At a recent vet visit, we learned that Jack is either blind or can't see well at all—but don’t let that word fool you. Jack doesn’t know he’s any different. He navigates his world with confidence, relies on his other senses, and focuses on what truly matters to him: cuddles, comfort, and human connection. In fact, his standing medical order remains the same—unlimited cuddles required.
Jack is gentle, loving, and deeply appreciative of being safe and warm. He’s the kind of cat who melts into your arms and reminds you that love doesn’t depend on sight—it depends on trust.
Jack is ready for a calm, understanding forever home where he can continue to thrive and be cherished for exactly who he is.
If you’re looking for a special companion with an extraordinary heart, Jack is waiting.
