What is Bitter Root Humane Association’s adoption process?

Adoption rates are as follows: Adult dogs (includes a rabies shot/voucher) – $140 Puppies (up to 12 months, includes rabies shot/voucher) – $150 Adult Cats – $85 Kittens (up to 12 months) – $95 Barn cats – $65 Feral cats – TBD Rabbits – $15 Guinea pigs, gerbils, hamsters – $10 Seniors 55 and over adopting a senior critter over 7 years old is FREE with approved adoption application!!! Adoption application is available on our website at bitterroothumane.org

What is Izumi’s adoption fee?

The adoption organization has waived the adoption fee for this pet.

Is Izumi good with kids?

Izumi is not good with kids under the age of 5 and kids over the age of 5.

Is Izumi good with other animals?

Izumi is good with other cats. Izumi is not good with dogs.

When can I meet Izumi?

As soon as the adoption organization has a chance to review your information, they’ll reach out with next steps and timing.

When can I adopt Izumi?
